  • Registration must be made on the official website, www.dancestars.ro/registration
  • We offer two main types of tickets: Access Passes (for daytime competition sessions) and Dinner Tickets (for evening celebrations). These are separate and grant access to different parts of the event.
  • All participants, including spectators, professionals, and students, are required to purchase an Access Pass/ Entrance Ticket for access to the ballroom, except for package holders. Packages already include these tickets.
  • Each Access Pass/ Entrance Ticket includes a seat at the table and a delicious lunch, coffee, and soft drinks served throughout the day.
  • Our Dinner Ticket offers access to the exclusive Saturday Masquerade Ball or Sunday Hawaii Paradise, which includes a refined 3-course dinner, open bar, live music & DJ, spectacular Professional and VIP showcases, and the Top Awards announcements (only on Sunday) in a truly unforgettable atmosphere.

  • Registrations will be confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received in the above account.
  • Please note that all refund requests are governed by the Rules & Policies outlined on our official website www.dancestars.ro. The applicable refund amount will vary depending on the date your cancellation is submitted.
